The Community Alliance submission to Minister for Planning John Rau was emailed to him on 8th October, followed by a copy in snail mail.

Tom Matthews thanks all those who contributed to a document that reflected Community Alliance concerns in a very tight Government timeframe. However, the huge Bill will need additional comment as additional issues are identified.
